You can only have one of each, but since there's 2 of each type except Odd Charms, you'll notice you'll be able to pick up the one you don't have yet ( for example, you have Yello Jello, but you can still manage to pick up an unidentified Unique Large Charm. I remember staying up until 3 am to beat case 4 of the first game (Manfred was awesome). Justice for All seems like the black sheep of the Phoenix Wright games, personally.
