So, the fact you can get both Charmander and Squirtle doesn't really matter. Bulbasaur never matters. Gold. Once. It's not hard to build teams you know. Just pick some favorites like I do. Could've level 100'd her, since I still had two more rare candies. Otherwise, pretty much base levels. Except for that Quilava (lv32ish, since I used him until I bought a Dratini). Lapras nearly raped her with a regular Blizzard, because of that. Blizzard + hail damage = left with 20ish HP. You can avoid the trainers, rule of thumb (if not always), and they're rather infrequent. But they're there, and I wanted their money.
