Unless all clothing folds on the chest now mean boobs, even when they actually make sense physically for a man as it is. Besides, Shota!Eric's in-game model does look like a man boy. Bloodlines!Eric looks like a woman with a lance. But we all know Cowboy!Eric is the manliest of the lot anyways. Which is part of the reason why no one likes Portrait of Ruin.
