With the school I'm in, the upperclassmen, and sophomores are pretty cool to us freshmen. Or me, rather. They hate freshmen in general, but for some reason they don't mind me. Mostly, if you're a freshman, you'll hold a low position, like a witness, or part of the jury. Upperclassmen usually take the defense, or the prosecution, major positions like that.
