It explains why it's still better. Just how much punishment can Jehuty take? Bangai-O can stop time before Jehuty can react and then attack with 100 shots at once directed straight at Jehuty. Quite a bit, to the point that being Naked Jehuty can make a certain Lose-Or-Game-Over battle last for literal days without you practically blowing yourself up.
