While Hydro Storm only exist in that battle with Drac and Richter Mode AFTER YOU BEAT THE GAME. Hydro Storm wasn't that great in the SNES game and I'm not sure it was good in the original Rondo of Blood either... Screw Attack has ALWAYS been good in the 2D games.
