It's very common for him to get worked up and start screaming like a madman when he checks his email at 4 or 5 in the morning. That was what started my sleep problems. Ah I see. Can't you tell him to please verify his emails at a more "normal" time? I can't remember how many arguments I've had with my stepfather over computer-related stupidity. Normally he and I get along quite well, but he becomes extremely bull-headed and defensive whenever computers are involved.
