I always bribe them. It worked for the other stuff but now it's just gotten ridiculous. The bastards I get to "Total Support" have been voting against me lately. Hell, even that one time I got one to the "Love <3" status, it voted against me! I'm also wondering how the "Attendance" number below each senator works for that thing.
