Even Balalaika and Revy are scared of her. So no, it's not just because she's from Black Lagoon. It's because she's Black Lagoon's Ultimate Badass. She uses knives just as often as she uses guns. She can also outrun a speeding car a la the T-1000. Kenshiro might be fast, but he's not as fast as Roberta.
