Get a character to level 20 unpromoted, have him constantly take damage until he gets to level 20. Not sure about this since I always like using my skill but L'Arachel rules. One thing I can't control however is the equipment because after that little experiment I did, Johalva was carrying Torhammer (in binary) instead of a Steel (that he had in the regular game) or Killer Axe (that he comes with in binary).
