What do you think? I never saw the anime or knew of the character. Jackal just showed me the pic while talking about it hoping I'd fall for it but caught it easily. Never heard of the novel thing and yeah Prinny doesn't count as Disgaea despite having several of the first game's characters. It's in Japan only I think. I don't count it either but some people do so I threw it in there. Everyone says the new Disgaea game is Disgaea 4 but I doubt it, it's a bit too soon. Especially when you fall off course and the AI manages to catch up to you and you are in 8th place, or sometimes the AI just magically goes fast as you even though they don't do the drifting and stuff. If by spiny you mean that blue spiky shell, then I'm pretty sure they do throw it since I've been hit by it while in first place. Heck the blue shell is worse in this game since it can hit ANYONE unlike in the newer Mario Kart where it flies, hits the dood in first place and makes an explosion most people can dodge with ease. Especially on Royal Raceway. All I can say about that game is this: I was on the, oh, Mountain track, I believe... Was first place, well ahead. Blue Shell on the finish line. Then, red shell. You say that now, but the folder doesn't lie. Last race on Rainbow Road : I get this while I'm 6th or so, then I use the shortcut and go to 1st place. Seconds later, it hits me. On the other hand, if you do manage to get in 1st place and still have it, you can use it to shield your ass from all kinds of attacks since it doesn't get destroyed by anything other than stars. Ha.
