However, grenades have been put back in and so did the 22 minute games. Fraglimits are still 150 though, and I didn't experiment with the voting options. If by "learn Japanese" you mean, the basic kana, then yes, that's easy, free, AND fast. If by "learn Japanese" you include understanding the grammar, and memorizing kanji, then that's free, but not so fast, and not so easy. Try Tae Kim's site.
