If you really want a Rain based team though, go ahead. I wouldn't suggest Lapras, but things with abilities working in rain like Dewgong, Toxicroak, Ludicolo and all those swift swimmers (Fuck yeah Seaking?) might be worth a try. Dante must Die and Heaven or Hell were unchanged to my knowledge and I think SE made a change or added an item that helped make things easier but I forgot what that was.
