Just restarted FireRed (don't worry, the volume is off): Level 8 Spearow Level 15 Bulbasaur Level 14 Butterfree Level 5 Rattata Level 3 Pidgey Level 3 Pikachu I forgot how much I hate the earlygame Pokemon in this game. There should be a classic BGM patch for FRLG somewhere. It's just so obvious, somebody must have made it already. Finding this FE9 ISO is harder than I thought. I have 3. Only if he's hacking so they can use HMs. Only Ninji or somebody building a flying-only team would keep Spearow and Pidgey in the same team.
