It's good for what he uses it for, since he's an ex-cop and all, but yeah. Totally worthless in-combat. It's probably the others, though. Fugo's a broken little fucker, and Narrancia's not actually as bad as you'd think looking at him. Abbachio drew the short end of the stick on Stands, but he's still not too bad.
