Issue Numbah One:

"She's friends with Roxas and Axel, two of the most popular Org. characters!"

Because they're the only ones who give a fuck. Well, Roxas, anyway. Axel just comes along for the ride if a bit reluctantly before, in a lovely bit of character development, comes to care for Xion as well. See, even for someone who hasn't played Days itself, just by watching cut scenes from the previous games, it's kind of obvious the Organization is full of dicks despite how much the fangirls try and shove them in leather pants. [/tv tropes]

KH2 alone? Xemnas, Xaldin, Saix, and even fandumb's beloved Axel are all shown to be outright bastards, even when the situation doesn't call for it. Xigbar is more likely to fuck with you for shits and giggles while Luxord seems... Well, he seems more in just plain life for the hell of it. It's one big game and considering one of his abilities, he probably sees most people as pieces in a game. They obviously don't give a damn about each other.

CoM? I think if you need to wonder if the Org. in CoM could count as nice or not, then they need to play the game again. It's very obvious that when they're not trying to fuck with Sora, they're fucking with each other: Marluxia orders Vexen's death, Larxene is a blatant sadist with a temper, Axel has his fingers in almost everyone's pie of death, and even Zexion and Lexaeus aren't too affected when they realize Vexen died. This guy was their own colleague from A DECADE ago! Jesus christ, how obvious can you get that these people just don't give a fuck?

The only person who wants to, and is perhaps capable, of making friends? Roxas. One of the only people curious about his past and connections to his past like, say, another Keyblade wielder? ROXAS. Unlike the rest of his comrades, Roxas actually has a connection to feeling, aka Sora's existence. He wants to make friends, wants to forge connections, especially with someone who is so alike to him. And you know what? There's a reason for that! She's a Sora Replica! Of course she's going to be similar to Sora's Nobody! There might even just be that connection alone that draws them to each other, curious about this other keyblade wielder.

So that explains Roxas' involvement with her. What about Axel? Like I said before, along for the ride. At first he doesn't seem to care much for this chick, all invading personal time with the one person he can call a friend, but as time goes on, he naturally begins to like her. That's how friendship works! It's not always an instant thing. Sometimes a person initially feels 'eh' about someone, and five months later, they're close.

Point Numbah Two

"She wields a Keyblade! OMG SUUUUE!"

Counterpoint bitch one:

She's a Replica! DUH. Of course she's going to wield the weapon of her 'original', aka SORA. Wielding the weapon of their original is kind of like a genetic thing in the case of Replicas, or at least it is if the original in question could summon their weapon from hammerspace. Besides, this leads us to...

Counterpoint bitch two:

Her very existence means that, eventually, either only her or Roxas will be able to wield the Keyblade. Hell, her very existence means that one day, only her or Roxas will even EXIST. Days already showed us that result. Wielding the Keyblade for Xion is not, as many typical Mary Sue OCs in the KH fandom try to do, Cursed With Awesome [link] No, it's the polar opposite: Blessed with Suck [link]

Imagine it like this: You have the choice of becoming the most powerful human being in the history of ever. However, in order to become that awesome, it's required that you slaughter your entire family, whom you adore and love dearly. Is it really worth getting all that power in the end...?

For Xion (or Roxas for that matter), it's even worse, because they're Nobodies. They originally have almost no fulfillment in their lives. Being with their two friends on top of a clocktower eating ice cream is the only happiness they have or perhaps even will ever know.

So think on that the next time you berate Roxas for his parting words.

Counterpoint bitch three:

Yeah, sure, the very ever first game released might have duped us into thinking the Keyblade was a one person weapon. However, now that, like, six games or something in total are out...

It's so obvious this isn't true.

Master Eraqus! Master Xehanort! Vanitas! Ventus! Aqua! Terra! Riku! Kairi! SORA! KING MICKEY. Roxas! Xion! And even without being spoilered by BBS, if you just watch the trailer and see the Keyblade Graveyard, then it's extremely probable that there have been a lot more Keyblade wielders in the past. Sora just renewed the practice.

Not that this means you can pass a Keyblade to any ol' bitch who passes you by on the street. People keep making this stupid mistake with both Keyblade Wielding OCs and Organization OCs. What makes your bitch so special that their heart is strong enough to wield a keyblade, or strong enough to say "Fuck you, bitch" to losing their heart so that the body can reform as a Nobody?

So Xion has a very valid and logical reason for wielding her keyblade. If someone would like to argue with me on this reason, than I'd like to know how exactly Roxas exists if Sora's heart wasn't strong enough to form him.

Issue Numbah Three

"She breaks up AkuRoku or RokuNami!!!"

People who use this excuse automatically fail at life.

Firstly, people have more relationships than just romantic. It's amazing how people don't see this one, considering it's one of KH's major themes.

Secondly, if your "OTP" can be broken apart by one of the romantically involved parties knowing someone of the opposite gender (or any other gender), than something is either wrong with you or the pairing. Since I know almost anything can work if written well, having written Zexion/Tony Stark and Fuu/Naminé...

Well, the problem obviously isn't with the pairing.

Issue Numbah Four

"She looks just like Kairi and Naminé!"

Yes, some Sues do infact look almost exactly like a major character. However, this is another thing that we couldn't immediately see in the first game:

Mirror images is just another one of the underlying themes in KH. Ventus, Sora, Roxas... Xehanort, Xemnas, Ansem the Fake.. Kairi, Naminé, Xion. Besides that, fandumb is forgetting one extremely important canon fact...

Xion doesn't always look like Kairi.

To Xigbar and perhaps Xemnas, she looks like Ventus. To Saix, she's a doll. To Roxas, Sora's Nobody, Xion looks like one of the most important people Sora was thinking about in his "final" moments, the girl he was destroying himself for: Kairi.

However, because we're playing this from Roxas' point of view, we see her how he sees her. And a brief bit from Xigbar, I believe.

I really have to stop playing around with Rounded Edges and Drop Shadows. These are starting to look like TWEWY pins. <_<

Because you're a masochist, you know it and you love it.

Oh, I wasn't talking about this topic. I haven't been paying much attention since it seems like the kids were talking about Kingdom Hearts, which I have no interest in.
