Mufasa
When I was hanging out with my friends the other day, they told me to start watching this anime. After watching the few episodes that were out (Only subbed, sorry dubbed fans) I decided I liked it. It's sort of a combination of Bleach and Naruto, with a little taste of Nightmare before Christmas thrown in. I think the manga is completed already, but the anime has 8 episodes out. (They're doing a total of 50 I believe.) Anyway, I'd reccomend it to you guys. It's pretty good. (They have all the episodes on Veoh and they air new episodes on mondays, so subbed episodes should be out on tues I believe.)

Mufasa
Reasons to watch Soul Eater: -The Sun and Moon laugh at people. -A Scythe-man with an overreactive libido -A cat-girl with magical powers -A guy who pulls the triggers of his guns with his pinkies. -A Naruto-like character who isn't all talk. -A man with a screw in his head named "Franken Stein." -A chainsaw-man -A swordsman expert who gives out candy to little kids. -*Points stick at you.* BAKA! -Fanservice. -It's perfectly symmetrical. -NO FILLERS. -If you don't, I won't know how to deal with that.... -A werewolf man who is immortal. -A half naked embodiment of evil. -A girl with a sword in her blood. -It will stand above God. -The Holy Sword: Excalibur. -A person with a CD player playing so loud in his ears, he has to read lips. All the time. These are just some of the things I could mention. Why am I doing this for you all? Cause that's the kind of guy I used to be. (Also, you'll get all the hidden inside jokes if you do watch it.) Edited December 5, 2008 by James
Tingle
I totally got all the inside jokes. And please watch past the first episode. The first episode is way more serious than the rest of the series. It's funnier and more awesome than you think.

Mufasa
It's totally worth watching/reading. I haven't read the manga yet, cause I don't want to spoil the anime. And I started watching that first.

Tingle
Damn you with your spoilerrific image again. D: I'm all caught up with the anime. I'll read the manga laters, but they're both equally awesome. But the manga has over 9000% more fanservice.

Mufasa
I know that the anime is only supposed to be 51 episodes, but what about the manga? Does it follow the same storyline and focus? From what I've read in the manga there are some slight differences. And some major ones. I know I'm bumping a topic from a while ago, but I thought it would be better to just bump it rather than make a third Soul Eater topic.
