Which reminds me, I'm playing LeafGreen and I'm having a hard choice picking two of Moltres, Articuno and Zapdos. Articuno is level 53, the other 2 are level 50. And then I have a Gyarados I'm adding, as well as a Dragonair being trained to Dragonite, and then I need to pick one between Venusaur and Kabuto, who's level 34 with horrendous EVs, and venusaur can't KO for nuts. Kabuto: Level 34 Dragonair: Level 37 Venusaur: Level 43 (And still no Solarbeam...) Gyarados: Level 45 Moltres: Level 50 Zapdos: Level 50 Articuno: Level 53 I'm tempted to kick out Kabuto and Venusaur in order to get a somewhat decent team, and to add in another Pokemon to train in the meantime. Though now that I've got Toxic and Thunder... =D I'm gonna try a dry run of a 5-Poke battle. A sucky Dragonair, a Gyarados, and the 3 birds. Lorelei is gonna sweep me. Again. You have trouble beating the Elite Four with a bunch of ~50 Pokemons? Seriously? Back in Blue, in my VERY FIRST POKEMON RUN EVER, I managed to beat the whole League with just Venusaur and Articuno, both of them below Level 55. Venusaur was below 50 iirc. Use your Zapdos more.
