He has the best Def of them (At least he grows out the best Def), he has grows great Luck, has the best Bld & HP & will pretty much cap Str, Skill & Spd too. Even though he is good, he will never turn out to be generally better than Mareeta and Shiva. Unless the RNG was nice to you. He starts at lvl 8, and the RNG has been average, I guess, he has good Str, Skill, Spd, HP, Luck, his Def didn't go up, his Con went up by 2, that's all.
