He starts at lvl 8, and the RNG has been average, I guess, he has good Str, Skill, Spd, HP, Luck, his Def didn't go up, his Con went up by 2, that's all. Heh... With such low caps almost anyone can be "Good". Shiva might be a good preference though. Mareeta is a glass Cannon, Hits hard but has slightly lower def than Shiva for Example.
