Move the weapon levels onto the first page and the supports onto the second. Change the leadership star system entirely so that it's part of the first column and add MAG and STR at the same time. And most importantly, the biggest key to ANY statsheet: DON'T MAKE IT UNFEASIBLY BROKEN. It looks like that suggestion will never happen. Oh, and split the Anima Triangle. DON'T LET EVERYONE CAP EVERYTHING. Hell, even set the caps to second tier. Or if they must be third tier, make the weapon levels cap at SS. But don't do what you're doing.
