The head shading if off. It looks as if dark spots are inhabiting his head. =P Remove those. The head it generally screwed. Touch it up a bit. Something's off though...... You are adding various bonuses that shouldn't even be there. If we wanted we could have had a lot of our caps higher but we are not because we are fair. ILMCI Holsety is only one version. Even Oujay is balenced. Then why the fuck does Holsety give +24 Spd when it only gives +20? You guys are also forging your weapons in this case.
