Hating on something just because it has a bad cartoon for advertising isn't original or exciting at all, stop it 4. Not to mention that this movie was a mostly American production. Also you people do realize that there were 8 whole manga volumes before the card game became the main focus? Actually, that's supposed to be the plot of the movie that the card game triggers the end of the world sometime in the far future so the villain goes back in time to prevent it from being made (and thus putting the manga on track to how it originally was).
