Once they got rid of all the anime shows, it really started going downhill. It is a mere shell of its former self. One Saturday, a long time ago, I wasn't at home to watch it, and the next week, regular shows were on. So I looked it up, and it ends out that Toonami just so happened to officially announce its resignation at the end of that Saturday's last Toonami episode instead of the usual way of ending. I saw a youtube video showing Tom abandoning his base at the end of Toonami, and most comments were people saying that CN sucks with Toonami.
