What do you mean killed off in the end? Have you played the game? She is revived by the Bramimond and then she stops 2 of the dragons. She is mentally exhausted an collapses. If she and Eliwood have an A support then she stays with him, if not she and Nils goes through the gate because they will slowly die from the human air or something. If she goes through the gate, she has a long life, if not, she dies.

Did I absolutely need to mention that part?

I've played the game before of course, but she still died, brought back doesn't really change the fact that she DID die... stupid Eliwood <_<

I don't think Eliwood would have shown any mercy to a big giant dragon anyway. And when he finds out it was Ninian, he puts all the blame to the sword as if he would have done something different.

That's the reason why I think of him as an idiot

Every hint Ninian has given of her and Nils being "different"... I had a hunch that she was a dragon BEFORE the little scene with Nergal on my first playthrough...

How many times I said "Damn" and "you stupid idiot" to Eli... I probably couldn't count...

Blame the sacred blade? Pfft... he wasn't meant to use it if he couldn't control it like that...

"Not his fault?" Pure utter bullcrap...

A blade that has its own will.. its forged to battle dragons... But then, why didn't the blade want to kill NILS then?

ANNNNYWAYS...

For the Nils thing... He's a little to blame too... He was RIGHT THERE... yet why didn't he say ANYTHING?

BeforeDurandalIncident.png

This is RIGHT BEFORE the Durandal Incident... and BEFORE he got hypnotized...

馬鹿やろう! (Directed towards BOTH Eli and Nils)

Eliwood is the main character. He can't be stupid.

Right...

I'm assuming someone killing the woman they love with a sword is normal?

And Roy can't be a complete clone of his father, having ALL the physical characteristics no matter what mother he has... even an unknown generic mother

But he caaaaaaan't. You say that because he killed Ninian, that one time.

Eliwood: Oh hey, the sword moved on it's own! =D

Dragon: -transforms back into Ninian-

Eliwood: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! NINIAN!!

Nergal: -trollface-

Eliwood: I blame the sword.

lol

One thing... one action... can qualify you for being an idiot...

I think "accidentally" killing the woman you treasure most qualifies for one of those things... Especially when she unintentionally kept dropping hints about her and Nil's "difference" from anyone else in the group... despite the fact that Eli/Hector's army is the most diverse army in the whole continent probably...

Little children... Some former bandits... Every freakin country in Elibe has a person in there...

How ELSE could they be treated "differently"?

Well, anyways, it's probably just my residual "rage" from remembering this... Just ignore my ranting...

Despite all this crap, I'm still a Nini x Eli shipper as of... actually from "recovering"... from... "my thing for Ninian"... almost as bad as Enjo for Talto/Tiltyu... to a certain extent...

Good night people ._.

Not many husbands get to say "Yeeeeah... sorry I killed you with that sword that one time, Honey....". Unless they're on WoW or something <_<

If you want to know what a wyvern looks like, look at FE8's "Wyvern Knight" class. THAT is a wyvern. Everything else is a dragon. "Wyvern Rider" and "Wyvern Lord" classes are in fact dragons.

He couldn't control it at the time.

Sacred weapons could tell if they were dragons ._.

Just look at FE6 with a mamkute hacked to have their Fire stone gone ._.

Just because GLITCHING AND HACKING PROVE EVERYTHING.

Yes, because you can glitch it, that must mean that there are vendors with legendary weapons. No. Bullshit.

Hacking doesn't prove anything, it doesn't prove that Knoll caps luck with ease, it doesn't prove the plot hole.

1: Mamkute = Class

Weapons = super effective against class, therefore weapon still glows no matter what weapon you have equipped...

If you're gonna go circumvent the game logic... then I guess I could too...

Storyline-wise... it's a freakin plothole... The weapon SHOULD have wanted to kill Nils too...

2: You are arguing "concept"... I just happened to use a hacking example ._.

Let's face it though, my argument sucks...

But it still my opinion that Eli = stupid, blaming it on a weapon

Being the protagonist doesn't prevent you from being an idiot...

"STAND BACK! I WILL SLAY THE DRAGON!!!" style lines...

Wanting to be the hero eh? THINK you freakin idiot...

Here, I'll even help you rebutting my "want to kill Nils" plothole:

"After 1000 years of being sealed, it longed to slay again"

And after one it stops, or whatever...

That's not why I dislike Nils... it's because HE DIDN'T SAY CRAP TO STOP THE IDIOT

Hmm.. I believe you will find the medication you seek in aisle 58.

An Ad Hominem is a general category of fallacies in which a claim or argument is rejected on the basis of some irrelevant fact about the author of or the person presenting the claim or argument. Typically, this fallacy involves two steps. First, an attack against the character of person making the claim, her circumstances, or her actions is made (or the character, circumstances, or actions of the person reporting the claim). Second, this attack is taken to be evidence against the claim or argument the person in question is making (or presenting). This type of "argument" has the following form:

1. Person A makes claim X.

2. Person B makes an attack on person A.

3. Therefore A's claim is false
