Freohr Datia
Not much good reason though. I already have it for nintendo gamecube I just wanted to compare graphics and stuff. But I don't like seeing the map flipped backwards (a recent revelation for me) and I bet it will be confusing for quite a while using wiimote. I'm so used to the gamecube controller. I still want it though. Can I ask you guys if you got used to the wii mote quickly after getting it? But anywayz I'm still working on my file on NGC right now. I got stuck once in my previous file so I restarted because I didn't want to look up how to go through the part on the internet and once I reached that part again on my second file I realized that I looked over something that really shouldn't have been looked over... But even though I have beaten the game I'm still working on finishing everyhting else. 19 hearts with 4 (or 5?) pieces of hearts left, 40-something poes, I finished the first two rounds of that star game thingy, etc. So I'm pretty much going to try finish that file up before I go to trying it out on wii. There was something else I wanted to talk about or ask about but I forget =/ I'll try remember what it was later...
Zanarkin
LOL i can never complete a zelda game with all hearts and such... except Spirit tracks but that was way too easy. Everything was right infront of me. Except the rabbits. Anyways TP, i borrowed it from a friend and started playing it on the wii. the controls were easy and all, loved the bow, the thing is i had already beaten it and it was kind of boring, plus i didn't feel like going thru the twilight temple which freaks me out. so i turned it back to him. in my opinion there is not a lot of difference between the 2 versions aside from motion controls. Emeraldfox
I only played the GC version. Very fun. Only missing one heart and two heart pieces. The well thing is very fun because of Darknuts. Now, lettuce talk about the Twilight the envelops Hyrule in the beginning. I thought the Twilight was at its best in Lake Hylia and the Zora Domain when it's full of water. Wist
The only differences, in so far as graphics are concerned, between the GameCube and Wii versions of Twilight Princess are that the Wii version is mirrored, as you said, and the Wii version supports wide-screen, which the GameCube version does not. I can't remember if load times between areas were different enough as to be noticeable. Adjusting to the control scheme shouldn't be an obstacle. Keep in mind the Wind Waker has a very similar control scheme to Twilight Princess, so players who opted for the Wii version of Twilight Princess had to make the exact same transition as you'd have to make; I have no recollection of finding it the least bit confusing. Mordecai mentioned how easy it is to aim and use projectile weapons like the bow. I'd argue the game is easier to play with a Wii controller than with a GameCube controller because of it. Freohr Datia
Oh yeah kinda got occupied with something else then had to get off before I could remember this topic =D oopsies Ok so doesn't sound so bad. =) Mainly it's not that I'll get confused with the flipped map I'll just get annoyed because I'd miss the older one. Heehee I have 20 hearts now.

I have to admit i did get confused by the mirrored positions. I was heading to Kakariko village and i ended up in Lake Hylia
Wist
I can imagine the game's being mirrored being a huge pain in dungeons, I'd be interested to know if it's something one gets used to or that one has to keep in the back of one's mind throughout the entire game. Its not really, but thats because i forgot whats in the rooms of the dungeons XD. Really i didn't find anything extremly confusing about them being mirrored.
