General Spoon
Is it just me, or were they toned down in HG/SS? Because I'm having issues catching Entai with one.
Emeraldfox
I'm pretty sure the Quick Ball is the same. Entei's catch rate is pretty low, so it's just you. Probably. You could wait until night or get a Master Ball from somewhere.
General Spoon
I already used the Master ball on Raikou.
Emeraldfox
Then get another one if you're that impatient with a Quick Ball. Also, you could paralyze it/him and then use a Quick Ball. Or wait until night
Momo
I found Entei and Raikou easier to catch in this game. They don't seem to change routes every single time you do, and I managed to get them both in Great Balls (with the exact same actions, too o_O). edit: if you're having trouble, get something with Mean Look/Block (Sudowoodo learns the latter, which is what I used) and give it a quick claw. For some reason, every single time I tried, Sudowoodo went first. Edited March 29, 2010 by Gardenia's Tummy
Chocolate Kitty
You would attack first regardless of what you sent out, when they run, you automatically get to attack once. I know this b'c my quilava gave raiku 2 fire blasts and my drowzee used hyponosis and after i caught him, he was the fastest thing on my team. shroudening
The problem with quick balls is that you can't just buy them, like Ultra balls, where you can get 99 of them and just fire away (after using mean look/block, lowering Hp, and status condition of course). Zakaerys
They don't have Roar? I thought they would just use Roar if you used Mean look.
AstraLunaSol
They don't have Roar? I thought they would just use Roar if you used Mean look. They do use Roar, and you get screwed once that happens and have to catch up to them AGAIN.
The Divine Swordmaster
I finally got Entei and it only took 30 Ultra balls and 30 Fast Balls....... Raikou is getting out of hand it has 1 hp left and sleep and it still wont get caught.. and whats with them running even when their asleep? Momo
You know sleepwalking? Just imagine it, but faster.
Suichimo
Does Roar work against stuff like Wobufett's Shadow Tag?
