Erkzilla's Mag = balls, though. Good thing magic gives you the edge on most of the enemies. :\ Still, I had him run out of a tome before on accident and I could neglect him anyway, which is why I think his HP is at 6. XP Lyn was my mage slayer in that game because she could barely harm anything else. Hector's Res is LOL, but I don't hurl him at magic users anyway.
