Any military actions that are logical to take(short of some crazy in-house hostile take over) are entirely contingent on North Korea attacking first anyway. So of course you want to talk it out. But it's not going to save their city if they decide to attack. If someone decides people have to die, they will. All I've said so far is that is that I wouldn't be against a war if North Korea started it. And if their plan is to destroy Seoul, I don't think many people would be against a war started in such a way. But that clause can't be stressed enough in my view.
