Strawman Posted October 29, 2010 Share Posted October 29, 2010 So on my profile thing on our computer, I can't connect to the internet on firefox, IE, or safari. It says something about a proxy server not being able to connect or something, but I have no idea what that means. What is a proxy server? and how do I make it work? Thanks. Dr. Tarrasque Posted October 29, 2010 Share Posted October 29, 2010 (edited) Try... FireFox -> Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network tab -> Settings button. You should see some options about proxies... switch to a different setting, restart your browser and test to see if it works. Test the ones besides manual.
