Another one of those "FEditor Adv isn't working for me" topic.

I can't seem to get it working despite opening the "Run.exe". The cmd black window opens up, and nothing happens. It just doesn't load after that. I've also downloaded the Java Runtime Enviroment, but still, it isn't working.

And yes, before anyone asks, I did extract the .rar file of FEditor.

FEditor has never been officially distributed in a shitty proprietary archive format. What are you talking about.

"Run.bat" was the way I used to run it on Windows Vista.

I ran it via just double clicking the FEditor Adv.jar in the dist folder on Windows 7 Home Premium. Then I had some crap happen, and I had to reinstall Java. I then had to revert back to using the "run.bat".

I just installed Windows 7 Professional via clean install because of the MSDN Academic Alliance thingy from my school.

I have to run it by double clicking the .jar file now.

Note: Whenever I had to run it via ".jar", I could run it via the "run.bat" and vice-versa.

I don't know what to tell you. It should work on all platforms.

Also that quote you quoted had nothing to do with what you posted, Sauce.

Also, run.bat and clicking the .jar itself both work fine for me and always have, so I don't know what to tell you about that either.
