It wouldn't be so bad, but to pull it means that that's your rare, and you just wasted money on that pack! My stepdad said that it can be used to counter a quick-play card that your opponent's activating on your turn, but there are much better cards for that in my opinion, like Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell, which prevents your opponent from using a spell with the same name for the rest of the duel, or even good ol' Magic Jammer.
