I learned it through years and years of toiling through forums, the interwebs, and life itself. I used to be that guy who fell for forum trolls, who got offended at the slightest crap, who raged and was terrible to be around. Maybe it's just age or something - I have developed a high level of patience and tolerance over the years, I guess. This doesn't mean I have outbursts from time to time - my blood still runs hot, but overall...I'm pretty calm. The thing is to try not to get so much involved...
