Ein Posted July 23, 2013 Share Posted July 23, 2013 I believe it's the Hresvelgr or that one soul demon bird thing that shows up in SMT games. It's the quest boss for doing the elemental rune quests. Only problem is that it's a rare drop rather than a conditional so just bring a Formaldehyde and the quests are somewhat vague so you may want to look up what to do for them. And it's another reason why I don't like EO4 as much because of the CONSTANT PALETTE SWAPS they did. Like the last unique enemy ever is the Sleeping Lion.
