I haven't played either much, just got to the 3rd chapter in FE and going to see may in Pokemon (getting modest mudkip with 11 Sp.att is takes a long time... even with save states...) I'm sure there are other good Fire types in Hoenn. I cent recall any off the top of my head, but I know there are some. Not like they're THAT good anyway, since water's everywhere. They do, since it's ingame. Are you paying attention to the lists on the Pokemon board? Shameful. Because no type is ever manditory to finish the story, and Flying beats both of those types.
