Guidelines: -Make your maps original, don't copy/steal someone else's design. -16 colors and hack box sized :P Tilesets: Anything that isn't overworld (Can't really make a temple with overworld, Bern counts as overworld). Customs are allowed and encouraged. Contestants should make an element themed temple like, fire, water, etc. Light, dark, or other more abstract elements would be fine too. Be creative. Size: Width: 15-25 Height: 10-25 GBA FE Tileset LinkOH WAIT MEGAUPLOAD WAS TAKEN DOWN >> Feaw Custom FE Tileset Link Mappy Link Winners shall pick the next map to be revamped, any map from FE(or anything similar to FE ex Tear Ring Saga) that isn't GBA FE for obvious reasons lol or a new map and tileset like normal Winners of 3 contests in a row are barred from entering the round following their 3rd victory. All participants must vote in the round they entered or they will be barred from entering the following round. Refusal to cooperate consecutively will result in multiple bars. A6 is the shrine of seals, the last dread isle chapter where you fight Darin, and ch19xxH. No outdoor bern, bern keep(fe6), sure. Although, prime, that yellow floor color, as awesome as it is, it seems to have a little bit too much contrast between each shade, especially with the darker ones which are almost black. First two doors One unit needs to stand on panel at the corner to open and keep the door open. If the unit leaves the corner or dies, door closes :) Enemy won't be so nice that they just open the door for you XD (If guy who stands on the panel to keep door open dies and rest are trapped inside... dunno... maybe there could be mechanism that opens that door so they can get out xD) Second two doors (on the sides) Option 1 - Breakable Option 2 (map needs to be done bigger, what I'll probably do just for fun~) - Opened with Mercur-*shot!* Water/Blue Key Main door See those lines there. Those two Shrines on sides has to be activated to open this door ONLY ONE DAMN DOOR IS BLOCKING YOUR WAY AND OF COURSE YOUR THIEF/ASSASSIN/ROGUE CAN'T OPEN IT!? THIS GAME SUXXXXX!!!!!!111 *RAGEQUIT* |o| (<=TIE Fighter, not "lol", pew pew pew) Mercur-*shot!* Water Shrine! To activate, 2 units has to be "sacrificed" by ordering emos go to corners. ^_^' Man I love pulling allnighters EDIIITTT!!!!! I would like to ask... why so long DL??? Krad Posted January 29, 2012 Share Posted January 29, 2012 25x25 Temple of Time. Made with the normal Lagdou tileset, though I did use Feaw's version to get the door. The size this time was annoying, since there was a lot more that I wanted to do but couldn't due to size, like the bridge going top after the shrine, and the other two pathways that are supposed to do a circle behind the temple (they are also at ground level, so that's why you can't access them from the main room). Celice Posted January 30, 2012 Share Posted January 30, 2012 Actually, the only thing applied was a transparent layer that the GBA is quite capable of :) In FE6, the first Gaiden has the same thing going on, for example.
