Specifically to (fighting) games, used by people who actually play them frequently to insult people who make up arbitrary rules dictating how one should play that aren't actually enforced by the game, usually pertaining to perceived fairness or fun factor. ("You can't use this character/do crossups like that/block! Play right!"
