Rehab
When Guile, or basically any other fighting game character does a Flash Kick-type move, they move forwards. They move forwards doing a backflip. Is this magic? Or can you actually land farther in front of yourself while doing a backflip? Would it be a center-of-gravity thing? The angle at which you launch yourself? Or sheer force and agility, that lets you move forward while doing a god damn backflip?

Nightmare
I believe you actually can move forward while doing a backflip. Or at least, you can flip counter clockwise while going forward.
Aleph
I imagine it would be incredibly easy to move forward while doing a backflip. If you're strong enough to do one in the first place it's a simple matter of applying the force in the right direction at the right time such that it circles around your center but at a tangent in the direction of...forward.
