Wolven01
Okay I have just gotten Fiona and the Paragon skill. I only have one promoted character(Nolan) but I have a Master Seal that I can use if needed. My question is is who do I put the Paragon on and which unit should get promoted with the Master Seal. Many thanks.
Onmi
Uh... Well that all depends on your army. Can we see them?
Wolven01
I have every character up to Fiona, I am not near my game at the moment. SO feel free to ask questions and I'll try my best to answer them without going to load up the game.

Wolven01
Well that's alot of character stats to write out since my Wii is in the bedroom and my pc is in the living room. :/
Onmi
Well we can't recommend you do jack if we don't know what your units look like now can we? Are we supposed to psychically guess what your stats are? Get a Pen. Get Paper. Write Down the Stats. Come back here. It's not even like you have to use the Master Seal, they promote at 21 anyway
Silith
Jill. Though you missed the Tauroneodrop already so she might as well get a few more stats in 1-7 before you promote her for 1-F.
whase
if you're not playing easy mode, go play easy mode. I suggest you'd only use 3 units for the first 10 chapters, it makes the game way easier.
nowinterweather
You might as well stick Paragon on Nolan until someone else promotes; I don't use more than 2 or 3 DB units generally, so they're usually at about 20/5 by the endgame. Unless you're trying to use everyone (which you should never do), the Master Seal seems a bit necessary. Definitely post your team, though, so we can give some more specific advise. Another way to go, by the way, is to slap paragon on Volug (I think he can take it in Part I); I wouldn't recommended it, though.

Onmi
How does that make the game easier? They would constantly die wouldn't they? Easy is Japanese Normal. Normal is Japanese Hard. Hard is Japanese Maniac. there's no shame in playing Easy to start off.

whase
How does that make the game easier? They would constantly die wouldn't they? in the first few chapter you'd have to unequip the units you're not using and use them as meatshields. (enemies like attacking units without weapons equipped.) don't forget to give them enough vulneraries. after a few chapters, with all experience poured into these few units, they're ready to promote. no enemy will ever touch them again. also, don't use any Bexp until a unit caps 3 stats, then Bexp that unit to level 20 and promote them. this way most units cap all stats by the end of the game. Sorry but don't like automatic game overs......and using characters as meat shields would do exactly that.... EDIT: I also decided that I am just going to do this on my own, sorry to have bothered anyone.

Melonhead
From what we know, I'll try to help. The master seal is not a very good item to use, as you can just promote them at level 21. Use on a Unit that you know you won't use, but would be good promoted. I use it on Illyana. As for Paragon, use it on a unit that seems to be getting a good amount of kills, so they can level easier. If on EM, I would go Edward or Jill, but you can do others. Don't use Fiona... Might be the worst unit in the game if not given attention.
Darros
>any character not counterattacking = auto game over >"what?" Well, the DB does have durability of wet paper. But I'm guessing he's never had a character die after the first few chapters where "Any ally dies" = Game Over.
whase
Sorry but don't like automatic game overs......and using characters as meat shields would do exactly that.... Edward can easily meat-shield chapter 1-P without dying Nolan can easily meat-shield chapters 1-1 to 1-4 without dying sealed Nolan can easily meat-shield chapters 1-5 to 1-8 without dying Sothe can easily meat-shield chapters 1-2 to 1-E without dying Zihark and Tauroneo can easily meat-shield chapters 1-6 to 1-E without dying BK is the perfect meat-shield and will never die use any of these units as meat-shields if you don't plan to use them the entire game, just keep them stocked with the overflow of vulneraries you're getting. nobody will die if you play it smart. and to be sure, save every turn at the beginning of your phase.
