I mean, all our votes are being made by our personal measure of a units form and function and how well they aid us in our various manners of play. Tanith could end up super-high if someone really values flight and reinforce, or really low if they value join time for example. I'm not saying those would be necessarily justified, but they ARE personal values? Sooo... Best I can figure out is that it's a extra point we can add/remove without being questioned or to tilt it towards a certain score without being outright disruptive.
