- Ratings are assumed to be on Hard 2 Mode.

- Votes need some explanation regarding their gameplay performance to be counted. If somebody else said what you want to already, quote them explicitly.

+/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is encouraged, but no more. If you exercise your bias privileges, please do so explicitly. Also, if your vote is already a 10/10 or greater than 9 and you give a full point of bias, The score may not exceed 10!

- Numerical votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Make it easy to calculate for my sake.

- Each ranking phase ends from 2100 to 2200 EST. 13th May start the topic again but i am not sure. Do the math if you are in another timezone!

- I will insist you do not use the "Not X" reason on any character, where X is another unit. If you do, your vote will be thrown out.

- "Recruits X" or "takes you to X chapter" arguments are explicitly banned. C'mon, people, this shouldn't need to be a rule. That's not gameplay performance.

- Assume that the character in question is being recruited.

- Similar to the "Recruits X" rule, do not use "He Comes with a Free Ridersbane" as an argument.

- I withhold the privilege to tell you your rating is bogus and demand you revise it if it breaks any of the above. I will not throw out votes anonymously, you will be informed and given a chance to revise.

One of the better lockedup dudes of chapter 12. Except shes not a dude but you know what i mean. She has workable bases, 10 move and is already promoted, which gives her dracoknight access. Her growths suck, but then again, everyone's growths suck in the game except for zagaro, wolf and te broken sh!iiiiiiida. I give her a 4.5/10

Being a class A chick in her position isn't that great. Sure, she can tank mages for a bit, but that's when things start going downhill. She's got some weapon ranks to her name, though. Oh, and she doesn't need to use a Seal, either.

Her growths aren't going to get her far in the long run. Absolute shit weapon ranks. Not needing a Master Seal is good, but give her forges and she will be ok to have thanks to her good movement.

Oh good we're at the captives that suck.

I guess Midia's probably the best among them, but that's not saying much. She has a decent weapon rank and i guess her growths are decent. Reclass-wise she's screwed, and you need her to recurit Astram on a chapter where you really need hard hitters or mages and her bases suck.

Wow, these ratings are surprisingly low.

Midia is competent. She joins able to weild a ridersbane and a javelin, as well as having D swords. Her speed catches up quickly with the 50% growth she has as a paladin, and her HP is super cool too with 80% as a paladin. Her average strength and defense leave a little to be desired but they're workable. She can also go dracoknight for flying, keeping javelins/ridersbanes, and having axes, though she has to start with only irons. I guess she could also go sniper for being able to... well... snipe things.

5/10 about average utility in FEDS, you could do a lot worse than her. +1 bias
