I mostly favor music from PoR and RD because of the orchestration, but I like some songs from FE7 and FE8 as well. The Blazing Sword (FE7): Together We Ride The Sacred Stones: Preparing to Advance Path of Radiance: Fire Emblem Theme, With Us!, Victory is Near, Bittersweet Victory, Against the Black Knight, Crimea Attacks, Congregation of Ambition, Beautiful Princess Elincia, Side Battle (also a song from FE4, I believe!), Life Returns, Memories of Mom Radiant Dawn: Eternal Bond (my favorite song EVAR! <3), Stalwarts Unite (best recruitment theme ever, imo!), Unstoppable Destiny, Queen Elincia, Battle is Joined, Conviction Yeah, I'm just kinda obsessed with music in the Tellius games. ^^; I've also played a bit of Shadow Dragon, but I don't remember any of the music I heard.
