jacemcawesome
Okay so I'm relatively new to this, but I was wondering what emulators should I use to play fire emblem with patches. I've tried a few, but they don't run right. I read somewhere on here the bsnes was really good to use but I can't get it's whole purify thing to work no matter what I try :/ help would be much appreciated! Jubby
uhhh what system? assuming GBA I'd say visualboy advance. For other systems though I'm not too sure.
Konnor97
For Snes I recommend either Zsnes or Snes9x. For GBA I recommend Visual Boy Advance. For DS I recommend Desmume (or however it is spelled). I don't know about any others though, but that should be most of the FEs.
Psych
I use VirtuaNES when playing Gaiden as well. Also I used Fusion364 if for some reason you want to emulate Shining Force 2.

AstraLunaSol
You cannot ask for ROMs on the forum, you have to find them yourself.

TatsuyaSuou
SNES9X works well and usually runs at playable speed on slow computers and FCEUX is a good NES emulator. NO$GBA is a GBA alternative and plays DS games at a moderate speed. All of these are straightforward. ( Open ROM-> Then select-> Play) Edited August 13, 2012 by Canas

Yes, asking for ROMs is against the rules.Locked for asking for ROMs; I suggest you not do it again. Edited August 13, 2012 by eCut
