GeminiTheSpy Posted September 8, 2012 Share Posted September 8, 2012 Greetings and Salutations, I'm trying to increase the number of battle animations my rom can hold. I increased the number in FEeditor Adv and changed stuff in my Hex editor so it still works, but how do I get Nightmare to recognize the increased number of animations? As in, I've put new animations into the game, but when I go to the Custom Battle Editor in Nightmare and scroll through the "animation played" list, it only goes up to Tent. GreatEclipse Posted September 8, 2012 Share Posted September 8, 2012 (edited) You need to add the animations to the list of available ones in the appropriate txt document. So if you imported the Sword General animation from FE8 and put it in slot A3, you open "Animation List" in the Animations folder outside Nightmare and add "0xA3 General W/ Sword". CorruptDruid Posted September 9, 2012 Share Posted September 9, 2012 That and the corresponding number all the way up top in the list needs to be increased, iirc it's 163 so you want it to 164.
