How do I change max weapon uses in FE4

So, I'm trying to change the max amount of holy weapon uses to 30 in FE4 and so I head over to the item section and the weapon editor where it says max uses. Anywho I change it to 30 apply changes and save. I've been playing my updated version of the hack and the holy weapons start at 50 uses but can be repaired to 30 uses. Is there a way I can start them with 30 uses?
