So i thought their was a skill rating thread but i coudn't find it so lets rate the skills(of those who have it)

heres a template for you guys to help keep them organized (5 best-1 worst)

This is roughly what I'd suggest the arrangement is for all non-dlc skills(though no real preference in the order in each group except 5 Star).

Question, does vantage always activate, or is it a probability thing?

It always activates when you're below half hp. It isn't that great for the player because you won't often finish the enemy off before they hit you, but can be quite annoying when the enemy has it, because the extra points of damage they get in can add up.

This is completely theorycrafting, but from what I've gathered from Othin's Lunatic run, War Knowledge *might* deserve a spot at the bottom of Top for the hardest difficulties, because it's the reason MU is able to become such a monster and be able to be the backbone of your team for most of the game.

It certainly seems better than stuff like Sol or Dual Support+.

Absolutely. Dual Support+ is trash and while Sol is fantastic in postgame with maxed stats, it's of little use otherwise.

where would you put dlc skills. I would assume that limit breaker is at leasta 4

speaking of dual skills im having trouble with skills that aren't dlc for krom that i like so far i have aether and royal weapon.

Rating skills is basically impossible without knowing what we're rating on. Normal mode in-game? Lunatic post-game? Lunatic+?

For instance, war tactics goes from about 3-stars in Normal mode in-game to 0 stars in any postgame, to a full 5-stars in Lunatic or Lunatic+ in-game.

I guess Miracle x Royal Weapon can help with Nosferatanking if you are facing a strong enemy... (I wonder if it can activate if you're supposed to die from Counter, though)

It can't. Hmm. Somehow I'm completely certain of this, but I don't think I could possibly have ever tested it or seen it tested. Regardless, with Counter piercing everything, it seems unlikely.

You can get Miracle's activation rate above 100% with the right setup, but it's easier to just kill the enemies before they kill you. Especially since you need Limit Breaker to pull it off.

Carrier also seems kinda low... +2 movement in double looks pretty good, especially considering you're pretty much always in double.

Yeah, it is. Mid 4-star, definitely.

I wasn't too sure whether Carrier requiring a double partner was better than move+1 having no requirements. Though I've never really had a character with Carrier before post-game. On retrospective I suppose it coming on a flying class it'd better for clearing the many boss kill chapters which place the bosses further away such as chapters 16,18,20,21,25 and Final and in general greater ability for unit positioning than Move+1 allows.
