Melonhead
You might have heard about this, but Felix Baumgartner broke the world skydiving record recently, jumping from 24 miles above the earth. Can any of you imagine of doing this? I don't really know if I could bring it to myself to jump, seeing a round earth unfathomly below you, blackness all around it. Rehab
It's rainning Felix Baumgartner [spoiler=said the youtube commenter] Seriously: I have a fear of heights such that, in addition to being uncomfortable in high-up places with not many safety precautions, when I am in a wide-open space with a huge skyline or a very high-up ceiling, I get irrationally afraid that my personal gravity will reverse or something, and I'll end up in just about the exact situation Mr. Baumgartner was in, before plummeting back down. So, yeah, massive respect here. I wonder what the data they're going to get will look like/end up leading directly towards?
