The movie shows a lot of video games characters like Ryu, Chunli, Pac Man, and Sonic. Even with all the video game references the move keeps you interested with its own plot. In short without spoilers Wreck it Ralph is about Ralph who is the villain in his own arcade game. His job every day is to wreck the hotel in his game because its in his program. But the hero of the game, Fix it flexer always come in to save the day and fix all the damage Ralph does. The citizens then give Flexer a gold medal and throws Ralph off the hotel into mud. Ralph does this every day for 30 years. Ralph laters goes home which is nothing more than a garbage dump. Ralph(with other famous video game villains.) chat in the ghost room from Pac Man about how it is being a villain. Ralph then says he wants to be a hero and all the others go nuts about this. M. Bison from Street Fighter ask Ralph if he's going Turbo( this line is used several times in the film.)Later in Ralph's game them citizens celebrate the game's 30 anniversary by throwing a party( with Sonic, Pac Man and Mario(Who never did show up)). The citizens and Flexer don't want Ralph to join and Ralph is angry because he never gets a medal for his deeds. Because of this Ralph leaves his game and goes to gaming central( where video game characters go when the arcade is closed) to find a new game in where he can earn a medal and finally be a good guy. Aura Of Twilight Posted November 10, 2012 Share Posted November 10, 2012 I went to the movie at the theater with my boyfriend, and frankly we thought it was pretty good. The ending was a little cliche and all, especially when Ralph had that "I like who I am moment", but oh well. The references were just enough to enrich it but not enough to make it terrible. Also the short before it was certainly a thing. The plot was a little cheesy but WHOA GOSH THE ART STYLE AHHHH I WANT TO SEE AN ENTIRE MOVIE ANIMATED LIKE THAT.
