Eliwood's SpotPass team is a life saver on Lunatic mode

Why you ask?

The fact that you can buy a brave sword, brave lance, killing edge, and Hector's axe is extremely useful as you can summon him and buy his items, rinse and repeat, which makes Lunatic mode a lot less of a headache, especially if you're like me and don't level grind.

I like Nergal's team above all others'. Nergal sells all brave physical weapons and two of the rank B tomes (Thoron and Rexcalibur, which is good since fire magic is useless in this game compared to other magic types). If your weapon levels aren't good enough, Eliwood would be a great help with a fairly good C sword and B axe, among other stuff.

Yeah, the Lunatic mode skirmishes are horrifying, there's no way your going to be able to survive unless your team is fully maxed out.(Plus as mentioned before reeking boxes cost 4800 on hard and lunatic modes)

You'd think I could just double them on a fort and press start, to kill the entire skirmish, right? Nope.

From what someonewhodied suggested, theoretically, you could make a profit.

Yes. You could.

The problem is, he didn't take into account that even maxed stat units on Lunatic Mode taking on MAXED STAT ENEMIES with bonus accuracy skills and cheater forged weapons WILL kill you if you even so much as try to AI skip everything thinking it will be a breeze.

There's no way for you to grind but DLC. By the time you grind with the DLC enough to set up that thing he had in the video, you would have had enough random stuff from the Marth DLC to sell for more profit.

You're better off waiting until the Gold and Silver DLC is released... because right now... there's no way to rake in the money on Lunatic Mode besides your DLC setups with Leif's sword.

You have it to beat it truly legit, or semi-legit with only help from the Spotpass teams and Marth DLC.

^There is a way without DLC on Lunatic. Import a 10/1 reclassed MU's(+Luck,-whatever) or make Vaike and Gregor Barbarians for Despoil or a Mercenary with Leif's Sword and then pick an easy Spotpass team(like Wolt or Florina) keep killing them repeat for renown points and gold. It's just pretty tedious unless you import a bunch of high luck My Units.

Leif's Sword SHOULD work, but my Donnel has only ever gotten two drops off an entire blade one-shotting everything in Roy's DLC, despite his 38-ish luck.
