I'm also glad for: 1) Lords can promote, unlike in FE11 and FE12. (Although most of the other FE games had promotable lords....) 2) They don't need particular items to promote. The Master Seal is a one-size-fits-all item. :) And I like that. and 2) Lucina. She is most definitely my favorite Lord in the FE series. Well, fine, maybe Marth ties with her... but they're related! Roy wishes he can promote as early as Chrom: Though honestly, I wanted a story promotion after Gangrel got his ass handed to him. But again, that would kind of kill the "Hey you get Charisma at level 10" if he was lower and it auto-promoted him. And that you'd have to use a change seal just to get the skill... but again the change seal "demoting" also killed the point of a forced story promotion.
